Queen Anne's School is an independent boarding and day school for girls aged 11-18. Situated on a large attractive campus near Reading, its proximity to Heathrow Airport, London and rail/motorway links give it an ideal location.
Girls enter by means of the 11+, 12+ or 13+ Common Entrance or the school's own examination. Several scholarships are available; all are awarded for excellence whether in academic work, art, music or sport.

There are 3 boarding Houses and 2 Day Girls Houses for 11-16 year olds; the sixth form are accommodated in two separate Houses, one of which was opened in January 1996. Each House, in which there are between 30 and 60 girls, has a resident Housemistress and an Assistant Housemistress to provide full pastoral care.
